My Coaching Perspective

Hi, I’m Laura, a professional coach working in the people development space.

From the Stoic, Heraclitus:  ‘No one ever steps in the same river twice, for it’s not the same river and they are not the same person.’ 

Like a river, our lives and our world are constantly changing. We are faced with a continuous stream of fresh challenges at work – whether it’s reinventing our careers or growing as leaders in our roles as organizations shift and evolve. And we also face challenges as inhabitants of our beautiful planet, currently experiencing the consequences of climate change. 

My work as a coach is supporting the evolution of leaders, careers, and climate consciousness via powerful questions and tools that allow people to better diagnose and analyze frustrating and stressful challenges, grow in the process, and effectively deal with change. #coachingforabetterworld
